💼 About This Role

You'll own outbound shipping, logistics execution, and material movement for a defense tech company. You'll ensure accurate, compliant, and on-time delivery of all shipments while managing domestic and international logistics flows. This role offers the chance to optimize shipping processes in a high-growth startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments
• Generate and manage shipping documentation (BOL, invoices, export docs)
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for domestic and international shipments
• Process RMAs and RTVs, and execute internal material transfers

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Experience with domestic and international shipping processes
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and shipping tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with freight forwarding and export compliance (ITAR/EAR)
• Experience in manufacturing or defense environments
