You'll lead a team of Client Support Specialists in an assigned region, combining people management with direct support responsibilities. You'll ensure operational excellence and deliver a consistently high-end luxury service experience for clients. This role supports the Atlanta, Washington DC, and Miami showrooms.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Support Specialists.
  • Monitor showroom volume and balance workloads for seamless coverage.
  • Serve as primary escalation point for regional client support issues.
  • Oversee order management and enforce payment and return policies.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years of administrative or project management experience.
  • 1-2 years in a Team Lead or Supervisor capacity preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred) and ERP systems.
  • Travel required up to 30% to support showrooms and teams.

  • Passion for design and interiors preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
