๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead a team of Client Support Specialists in an assigned region, combining people management with direct support responsibilities. You'll ensure operational excellence and deliver a consistently high-end luxury service experience for clients. This role supports the Atlanta, Washington DC, and Miami showrooms.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Support Specialists.
- Monitor showroom volume and balance workloads for seamless coverage.
- Serve as primary escalation point for regional client support issues.
- Oversee order management and enforce payment and return policies.
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years of administrative or project management experience.
- 1-2 years in a Team Lead or Supervisor capacity preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred) and ERP systems.
- Travel required up to 30% to support showrooms and teams.

- Passion for design and interiors preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
