You'll lead data-driven projects to optimize driver experience and platform health at Lalamove, an on-demand delivery unicorn. Your work will directly impact supply-demand balance and reduce operational costs through analytical analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with teams to resolve driver issues and improve processes.
• Manage driver lifecycle: activation, engagement, retention, reactivation.
• Analyze data to optimize communication and incentive strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights for supply-demand balance.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years experience in data strategies or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• English B2 or above.
• Advanced functions in Google Sheets and Excel.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Basic knowledge in SQL.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
