Description

You will qualify and onboard high-volume OTC customers, execute trades profitably, and manage the Nigerian OTC desk's P&L. You'll collaborate with treasury and relationship teams to ensure smooth trade settlements and develop trading strategies for crypto and FX assets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of trading experience within a brokerage or sell-side OTC desk in crypto, FX, equities, or derivatives in Nigeria
• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in trade execution and documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong team player
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment

Responsibilities

• Qualify and onboard OTC customers with large volume demands ($100k+/week)
• Act as main point of contact for executing large trades, including quoting and sourcing counter-trades
• Manage OTC working capital and ensure pre-funding or credit availability
• Execute trades per approved strategies and manage P&L against targets and risk limits
• Develop trading strategies for FX and crypto assets, focusing on risk management and profitability
