You'll develop and execute hardware test plans for a next-generation defense technology company. Your work will validate product performance, reliability, and compliance in a manufacturing environment. You'll design test procedures and automated systems for both new product introduction and high-volume production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute hardware test plans and procedures
• Write and debug test automation scripts in Python
• Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and equipment
• Support production testing and troubleshoot test failures

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies)
• Ability to read schematics and interpret drawings

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing automated test systems
• Experience with CAD (SolidWorks or Fusion360)
• Active security clearance (Secret or TS/SCI)
