💼 About This Role

You'll own the evolution of robot production from early builds into a scalable, repeatable manufacturing system. You'll increase throughput, consistency, and quality as we move to batch production and external manufacturing. This role is hands-on, bridging design engineering and manufacturing execution in a fast-moving startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale production from early builds to repeatable batch manufacturing.
• Lead in-house assembly, calibration, and end-of-line testing.
• Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Design and deploy assembly fixtures, test systems, and tooling.
• Drive root cause analysis on build and field issues.

📋 Requirements

• BS in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing engineering or NPI for electromechanical products.
• Experience with low-to-mid volume production (tens to hundreds of units).
• Hands-on experience developing production tooling and test systems.
