Description

You will contribute to account sales and support for oncology products, ensuring patient adherence to prescribed testing and improving patient outcomes. You'll build relationships with healthcare providers, identify opportunities to increase test utilization, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's degree with 4+ years relevant experience
• Medical assistant, clinical support, or nursing background, or 2+ years sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain support for existing oncology accounts with assigned COS
• Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure adherence to protocol
• Assess needs of medical professionals for customer support and problem solving
• Educate medical professionals on Natera tools and resources for test order management
• Track KPIs related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume
