💼 About This Role

You'll own execution across OffDeal's core GTM channels, turning strategic priorities into real outcomes. You'll personally drive GTM initiatives from idea to completion at an AI-native investment bank. This role is foundational in building systems that make GTM repeatable.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build operational systems to improve GTM processes
• Execute outbound campaign operations end-to-end
• Build and manage partnerships pipeline and relationships
• Own logistics and execution of events and high-stakes GTM moments

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in investment banking, management consulting, or high-growth startup operations
• Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and drive them to completion
