🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct legal research to support litigation
• Draft briefs, motions, and memoranda
• Analyze case law and summarize legal principles
• Assist in trial preparation and filing

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia or eligible for reciprocity
• 4+ years experience in legal research and drafting
• Proficiency with legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in commercial vehicle accident litigation
• Familiarity with trucking litigation
• Trial preparation experience
