💼 About This Role

You'll join PitchBook's Lumonic subsidiary to help customers with portfolio monitoring of private credit lenders. You'll track KPIs, manage compliance, and analyze financial statements while collaborating with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.

• Collect and organize financial statements for accurate data management
• Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and understand needs
• Test product improvements to refine user experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1+ years of work experience, including internship experience
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service
• Proficiency with financial statements
