🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide targeted remediation support to students and graduates in FAA A&P subject areas
• Reinforce proper procedures, tool usage, and FAA-aligned practices in a hangar environment
• Partner with instructors to identify remediation priorities and participant needs
• Encourage consistent participation, preparation, and follow-through

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Student or graduate of an Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) program
• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on aviation maintenance skills
