You'll build the data infrastructure and internal tools that turn our sales motion into a machine for Garage's AI-powered marketplace. Your work will directly help emergency vehicles reach communities faster and save taxpayer dollars.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build data infrastructure to find buyers and sellers across the industry
• Ship internal tools for sales team: outbound automation, lead routing, deal-room tooling
• Apply AI and LLMs to unstructured data to fill pipeline
• Build background agents to compound sales advantage

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Full-stack engineering capability, not a specialist
• AI-native mindset and experience using AI to ship products
• Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale

✨ Nice to Have

• Startup experience as a technical co-founder or early engineer
• Experience with messy real-world data from analog sources
• Familiarity with sales automation tools (Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce)
