Description

You will perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. You'll also assist with equipment installation and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment including gas/electric appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration
• Technical proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Completion of technical school program in HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, or related field

Responsibilities
