🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts with enterprise customers
• Lead customer-facing legal negotiations with Sales, Privacy, and Product teams
• Develop templates, forms, and playbooks to improve Sales team enablement
• Provide legal advice on procurement contracts and additional matters

📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in your practice jurisdiction
• 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with Fortune 500 companies
• Experience negotiating global commercial contracts for customers in Australia

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and privacy laws
• Familiarity with financial regulations and fintech contracting
• Strong understanding of software, cloud services and generative AI
