💼 About This Role

You'll own system card production for Anthropic's AI model launches, coordinating contributions from dozens of researchers and ensuring documents are accurate and coherent. You'll turn complex research into clear prose and keep the system card aligned with other safety artifacts. This role sits at the intersection of project management and technical writing, making frontier safety research legible to diverse audiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive system card production end to end, owning timeline and deliverables
• Coordinate dozens of contributors across research teams
• Edit and write clear, non-marketing prose from researcher notes
• Ensure consistency across system cards and related safety documents

📋 Requirements

• Strong project management and execution skills
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and influence without direct authority
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Working knowledge of large language models at a conceptual level
