Description
In this role, you will build and deliver programs that empower Go-To-Market teams across Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Experience, and Partner Management. You'll drive field readiness through structured enablement initiatives, boosting knowledge and skills to support revenue growth.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, Sales, or Customer Experience
- Understanding of Sales roles, GTM processes, and measurement
- Training delivery experience or aptitude for engaging virtual/in-person training
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and drive complex initiatives
- Proficiency with enablement platforms, Salesforce, LMS, and content management tools
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured enablement programs for Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Experience, and Partner Manager roles
- Partner with Sales and Field leadership to strengthen core Sales capabilities and drive revenue growth
- Own cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations
- Use KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops to optimize enablement outcomes
- Deliver in-person and virtual training, e-learning, and onboarding integration
