Description

You will build and lead HP IQ's end-to-end user validation function, designing and operating programs from internal alpha testing to customer pilots and external beta releases. You'll serve as the voice of the customer, translating feedback and usage data into actionable insights for product, engineering, and design teams.

• Experience building and operating user validation programs for technology products
• Ability to manage tester communities and drive engagement and retention
• Skill in developing metrics and reporting frameworks for user feedback
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams
• Hands-on approach to both strategy and day-to-day execution

Responsibilities

• Design and run end-to-end validation programs including alpha testing, customer pilots, and external beta releases
• Build and scale a Voice of Customer (VoC) program to capture and operationalize user feedback
• Recruit, onboard, and manage beta testers and pilot customers, building segmented communities with strong engagement
• Develop success metrics, reporting frameworks, and feedback loops to translate user insights into product decisions
• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure customer feedback informs roadmap priorities
