You will lead the structural planning and development of our serial timber construction system, working with an interdisciplinary team to create sustainable, affordable homes. Collaborate with experts across architecture, building services, and production to drive digital innovation.

Requirements

• Master's/Diploma in civil or structural engineering
• Several years experience in timber structural design
• In-depth knowledge of Eurocodes, especially Eurocode 5
• Affinity for digital processes
• Fluent German and English

Responsibilities

• Structural development of the building system
• Timber-specific detail and product development
• Develop technical solutions considering manufacturing (DfMA)
• Create project-specific stability proofs and documentation
• Lead structural engineering for timber projects
