💼 About This Role

You'll make outbound calls to homeowners and manage inbound leads for Renewal by Andersen windows. Your core impact is setting quality appointments that drive sales for a leading window replacement company. This fully remote role offers uncapped commission and paid training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Dial out to up to 30 homeowners per hour
• Manage heavy inbound call flow from marketing leads
• Document and track all set appointments accurately
• Multitask through various systems during calls

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of sales experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Live in Indiana for consideration
• Ability to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
