You'll lead product strategy for regulatory compliance and onboarding at Nium, a global payments infrastructure leader. Your work will directly impact real-time cross-border payments across 190+ countries. You'll balance regulatory precision with customer-first simplicity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive automation of onboarding and monitoring workflows
• Build and optimize APIs for developer experience
• Define and monitor key metrics via dashboards
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, and Legal

📋 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of Product Management experience in fintech or regulated domains
• End-to-end product delivery balancing technical and business impact
• API fluency and comfort with documentation and testing
• Analytical rigour with dashboard tools like SQL, Metabase, or Looker

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-region onboarding, KYC/KYB, or transaction monitoring
• Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks (MAS, FCA, etc.)
• Engineering or analytics background
