Description

You will lead digital strategies encompassing BIM, VDC, data management, and technology integration for large, complex projects, including a 2M+ sq ft healthcare facility at Mayo Clinic. You'll partner with project leadership and clients from pursuit through delivery, ensuring digital health and delivery of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design Technology, or related field
• Minimum 10 years experience in digital realm of A/E/C industry
• Knowledge of Revit, Insight 360, Dynamo, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Revizto, Enscape
• Experience training others in design, delivery, and use of BIM
• Strong leadership and client engagement capabilities

Responsibilities

• Define and lead project-specific digital strategies (BIM, VDC, data management) from pursuit through delivery
• Develop and review contractual digital deliverables, including BIM Execution Plans
• Establish and oversee model management frameworks for large programs
• Lead digital coordination meetings (BIM/GIS coordination, clash detection, digitally enabled design reviews)
• Oversee software lifecycle compatibility and data exchange strategies
