💼 About This Role

You'll lead design and implementation of AI/ML systems for an agentic automation platform serving financial services customers. This is a senior IC role where you'll drive projects from ambiguous problems to reliable product capabilities and mentor other engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and implementation of AI/ML systems for autonomous workflows.
• Architect agentic systems with LLMs, retrieval, embeddings, and planning.
• Build evaluation infrastructure for agent quality and hallucination risk.
• Own AI/ML workstreams from exploration through production deployment.

📋 Requirements

• Deep Python engineering experience with production systems.
• Significant experience with LLM systems, NLP, retrieval, or agentic architectures.
• Strong system design skills and tradeoff reasoning.
• Experience building evaluation pipelines and model monitoring.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building production LLM applications or AI agents.
• Experience with financial services, compliance, or regulated workflows.
• Experience designing human-in-the-loop workflows or approval systems.
