💼 About This Role

You'll manage and grow a portfolio of large, complex commercial relationships, focusing on C&I lending and specialty industry verticals. You'll drive revenue through targeted business development activities with existing clients and new prospects. This role offers the chance to coach less experienced team members and contribute to a Great Place to Work Certified bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage relationships with large, complex commercial clients.
• Market to new prospects and existing clients, with 30-40% focus on specialty verticals.
• Negotiate loan terms and prepare credit analysis and recommendations.
• Conduct credit reviews and monitor loan portfolio for risk compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
• 6+ years in commercial credit, analysis, or business development.
• Proven ability to develop and manage large, complex business relationships.
• In-depth understanding of local markets and cash management products.
