Description

You will build and manage a team of 7+ engineers to design and operate mission-critical analytics infrastructure, owning frameworks for provisioning, updating, and scaling systems that power data-driven insights for over 183,000 customers. This role involves defining the technical vision, coaching engineers, and optimizing infrastructure with AI-driven approaches.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of software engineering in DevOps with data processing systems
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Hands-on experience designing and operating reliable, fault-tolerant distributed systems
• Experience in Python, Ruby, Go, etc.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of 7+ engineers to fulfill data automation vision and roadmap
• Coach engineers, review technical documentation, and articulate phased approach to technical vision
• Own mission, technical direction, and operations of projects with immediate impact
• Own frameworks to provision, update, test, monitor, and scale infrastructure for 183,000+ customers
• Transform workflows by integrating AI to build smarter systems
