💼 About This Role

You'll join our growing Japan team, targeting Enterprise Named customers for a high-potential region. You'll act as a strategic advisor to C-Level executives, helping them maximize automation potential.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and execute a territory plan targeting Enterprise Named customers in Japan.
  • Focus on new business sales, both direct and through channel partners.
  • Partner with SDR, CSM, partner sales, and marketing teams locally.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to C-Level executives in your accounts.

📋 Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of direct enterprise software sales experience.
  • Proven ability to generate new business sales.
  • Ability to communicate with senior executives up to C-level.
  • Excellent Japanese communication skills (English a plus).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with a SaaS or PaaS vendor.
  • Existing relationships with enterprise companies in Japan.
  • Experience proposing to global companies.
