Description

You will lead the parts department and oversee facility management at a Carvana dealership. Your role involves driving profit growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence while managing a team of up to 40 people.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of parts management experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence
• Strong knowledge of parts procurement, vendor management, and inventory control
• Experience with loss prevention and safety compliance (OSHA)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of specialty parts buyers to ensure correct parts ordering within parameters and timelines
• Oversee open parts orders and aging lists to minimize returns and reduce costs
• Perform loss prevention duties and conduct process audits to enforce SOPs
• Ensure facility maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with brand and OEM standards
• Recruit, hire, and retain high-performing service team; mentor associates for career growth
