  • Develop account-level strategies for conversion and adoption of SaaS solutions.
  • Identify key decision-makers and engage them with tailored outreach and business cases.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Payments to resolve friction points.

  • 1-3 years of B2B SaaS sales or account management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to re-engage disengaged accounts and navigate multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proficiency in payment mix reports, CRM forecasting, and Excel for data analysis.
  • Strong consultative communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
