💼 About This Role

You'll join Decagon's GTM Productivity team to build and scale the programs powering our revenue engine. You'll operate at the center of how we ramp talent, drive field productivity, and scale GTM execution. This highly visible, high-ownership role directly impacts how Decagon grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale core enablement programs across the GTM organization
• Develop content, training, and certification frameworks for field performance
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering
• Lead and facilitate high-impact enablement sessions with GTM leaders

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM enablement, training, or revenue-focused roles
• Proven ability to build and operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Strong program management skills with execution-oriented mindset
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product and sales

• Experience applying AI in GTM, sales, or enablement contexts
• Background building or scaling world-class training programs
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
