💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver a multi-state legislative and regulatory agenda for a high-growth property tax advocacy company. You'll secure policy wins that expand our serviceable market, improve fairness and transparency in property taxation, and protect homeowners. This role offers the opportunity to build the policy function from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop a 2-3 year legislative and regulatory roadmap
• Draft, sponsor, and shepherd priority bills
• Drive rulemakings and administrative petitions
• Convene homeowner and taxpayer advocacy groups

📋 Requirements

• 8–15+ years in state-level public policy/government relations
• Mastery of legislative and administrative process
• Built/led coalitions combining grassroots stories with policy analysis
• Operated in lean, high-velocity environments
