💼 About This Role
You'll join a tightly-knit, ambitious sales team as a BDR, the pioneer of Skello's market conquest in Spain. Your mission is to identify, convince, and win by generating qualified meetings for Account Executives. This role offers accelerated growth towards becoming an Account Executive within a high-performing team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify target companies that could benefit from Skello
- Contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Understand customer needs and demonstrate Skello's value
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
📋 Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker with deep knowledge of local market
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles (sales, prospecting, service)
- Target-driven mindset with drive to exceed goals
- Quick learner open to feedback and resilient

- Experience in B2B outbound sales
- Familiarity with HR or SaaS solutions

📨 Hiring Process
