You'll act as a technical reference in credit, supporting advisors and commercial teams in originating and structuring operations. You'll drive standardization of best practices and training across teams. This role offers deep exposure to structured credit products and Real Estate at a leading Brazilian financial institution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as technical reference in credit for advisors and commercial teams
• Perform in-depth credit analysis and assess risk and feasibility
• Support structured credit products with internal areas and stakeholders
• Interface with Real Estate teams (Imobiliário and Home Equity)

📋 Requirements

• Solid credit experience in financial market or investment structures
• Strong technical knowledge of credit analysis, products, and risk models
• Experience with high net worth clients (Alta Renda, Unique, or Private)
• Familiarity with structured products, real estate financing, or home equity
