You'll manage creator partnerships end-to-end at Air Apps, an AI-powered productivity company. You'll own sourcing, negotiation, and payments while building long-term relationships with creators. This role is fully remote with a focus on operational detail.

• Identify and source creators aligned with brand goals.
• Manage end-to-end creator partnerships from outreach to payment.
• Review deliverables for quality and brand alignment.
• Coordinate with finance for timely creator payments.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in creator relations or influencer management.
• Proven experience managing creators from sourcing to payment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
