Description

You will lead end-to-end forecasting and performance insights for Chime's core growth and revenue drivers, partnering across Finance, Strategy, Analytics, and Product to drive data-informed decisions. You'll shape forecasting strategy, build scalable analytical tooling, and communicate performance narratives to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8-10 years in strategic finance, forecasting/FP&A, or analogous role
• Track record of leading complex forecasting workstreams and influencing senior leaders
• Deep fluency in financial metrics and unit economics
• Advanced SQL and spreadsheet modeling; Python or R proficiency strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder leadership

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting strategy and operating rhythm for core business and financial drivers
• Define and evolve forecasting frameworks to improve accuracy, transparency, and consistency
• Drive scenario planning and investment tradeoff discussions with senior leaders
• Create performance narratives for key KPIs and unit economics
• Scale insights through dashboards, automation, and self-serve analytics
