You'll execute complex wire bonding operations for high-performance cooled infrared cameras. Your precision work ensures our advanced sensing systems meet top quality and reliability standards. This role directly impacts cutting-edge defense technology in a cleanroom environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain manual, semi-automatic, and automated wire bonding equipment
• Perform microelectronic assembly using adhesives, glues, and epoxies
• Interpret build sheets, ICDs, and engineering drawings
• Conduct in-process and final inspections with measurement equipment

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in wire bonding or microelectronic manufacturing
• Proficiency in manual gold ball, wedge, ribbon, semi-automatic, and automated bonding
• Ability to work accurately under microscope for entire shift
