You'll manage corporate housekeeping and compliance tasks for a leading business data platform. You'll ensure structured documentation, support audits, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. This role offers hybrid work and the chance to be part of a global, data-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prepare and coordinate corporate documents (e.g., shareholder resolutions, commercial register applications).
  • Maintain corporate housekeeping: manage shareholder lists, powers of attorney, and register documentation.
  • Support internal controls and compliance tasks, including sanctions list screenings.
  • Assist in contract management: filing, deadline monitoring, and formal/commercial review.

📋 Requirements

  • Completed commercial training (e.g., office clerk) or legal assistant/notary assistant training.
  • Experience in corporate housekeeping, compliance, contract management, or in a law firm/notary office.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new tools.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Degree in business administration, business law, or law.
  • Experience with digital signature processes.
  • Knowledge of English for international communication.
