- Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise accounts
- Lead complex onboarding and advanced feature deployments
- Conduct executive business reviews focused on ROI and KPIs
- Analyze product usage to identify optimization opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 7-10+ years in TAM, Professional Services, Customer Success, or Solution Consulting
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience managing complex technical initiatives for enterprise customers
- Technical acumen with APIs, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and cloud platforms
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or retail
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Contact center or CCaaS experience
