  • 7-10+ years in TAM, Professional Services, Customer Success, or Solution Consulting
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience managing complex technical initiatives for enterprise customers
  • Technical acumen with APIs, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and cloud platforms

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services, healthcare, or retail
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Contact center or CCaaS experience
