You'll lead a team of facilitators delivering high-impact learning for Sales and Customer Success teams at PitchBook. Your core impact is ensuring new hires ramp quickly and ongoing enablement drives performance through engaging adult-learning experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of facilitators
• Personally facilitate approximately 50% of training sessions
• Own facilitator capacity planning and coverage decisions
• Partner with program managers to maintain training calendar

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Learning and Development
• 2+ years managing or leading training teams
• Strong facilitation skills for virtual and in-person settings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
