You'll provide first-contact resolution for GoDaddy's hosting and WordPress customers via chat, troubleshooting technical issues across multiple platforms. Your expertise will directly reduce customer concerns and improve processes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide first-contact resolution for customer issues of moderate complexity.
- Consult with customers to match GoDaddy products to their online goals.
- Troubleshoot WordPress, cPanel, Plesk, and MySQL issues.
- Work in multiple systems including Chat, CRM, JSD, and Live Engage.
๐ Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of WordPress plugins, themes, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to use SSH to navigate hosting environments.
- Ability to access and manipulate MySQL databases.
- Experience with Linux and Windows hosting environments.
