You'll provide first-contact resolution for GoDaddy's hosting and WordPress customers via chat, troubleshooting technical issues across multiple platforms. Your expertise will directly reduce customer concerns and improve processes.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide first-contact resolution for customer issues of moderate complexity.
  • Consult with customers to match GoDaddy products to their online goals.
  • Troubleshoot WordPress, cPanel, Plesk, and MySQL issues.
  • Work in multiple systems including Chat, CRM, JSD, and Live Engage.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of WordPress plugins, themes, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to use SSH to navigate hosting environments.
  • Ability to access and manipulate MySQL databases.
  • Experience with Linux and Windows hosting environments.
