🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 6-10 engineers delivering key business projects.
• Collaborate with engineering management to evolve culture and processes.
• Work cross-functionally with product to prioritize and ship features.
• Mentor engineers and establish onboarding procedures for new hires.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in software engineering.
• Excellent communication for a distributed, asynchronous environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead a remote, global team.
• Experience as a focused executor accountable to commitments.

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years as an engineer in web development.
• Managed teams in the developer tooling space.
• Experience with Storybook or Chromatic.
