💼 About This Role

You'll lead the audio and connectivity experience for next-generation electric vehicles at ALSO. You'll own the full lifecycle of an IoT connectivity module from concept to launch. This role offers technical leadership in a fast-paced startup spun from Rivian.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead embedded firmware design for IoT connectivity modules
• Develop audio systems including Bluetooth, BLE, and A2DP
• Implement DSP algorithms for noise cancellation and gain control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of embedded firmware development experience
• C/C++ proficiency for embedded systems
• Deep expertise in Bluetooth/BLE/A2DP connectivity
• Experience with RTOS and standard interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART)

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience guiding a product from concept to production
• Working knowledge of DSP for audio processing
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
