You will define and optimize CRM strategies across channels like Email, SMS, and push notifications, owning the customer lifecycle to drive engagement, retention, and ROI. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage data for personalized, impactful campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years CRM experience in iGaming or Betting
  • End-to-end campaign management with measurable business impact
  • Hands-on experience with Braze, Optimove, Salesforce or similar
  • Strong analytical skills in segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization
  • Fluent English; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

  • Define and optimize CRM strategy across Email, SMS, push, in-app, and onsite
  • Own customer lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, churn prevention
  • Plan and execute personalized CRM campaigns with measurable ROI impact
  • Collaborate with content, design, product, and analytics teams
  • Monitor and report on CRM KPIs like CLV, retention, conversion, and churn
