As the Operations Lead, you'll drive profitability and efficiency in the store, executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink. You'll manage key operational functions like shipment, sales floor recovery, and supply management while championing visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with General Manager
• Manage operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Support safe work environment through strong stockroom standards
