You will orchestrate the delivery of value to customers by bridging Engineering, Ops, and Customer Care. You will drive release strategy and execution, enhance visibility with data-driven insights, and champion Agile process improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive commercial experience as a Release Engineer or Release Manager in software engineering.
• Strong track record of using data to track metrics and drive decisions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and scaled agile frameworks.
• Strong leadership and change management skills; ability to lead via influence.
• Expertise with Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and Harness.

Responsibilities

• Drive release strategy and execution, planning and coordinating delivery of software changes across the lifecycle.
• Enhance visibility and decision-making by developing dashboards in Jira and Confluence and tracking key metrics.
• Champion Agile and process improvement, refining release processes, practices, and tooling.
• Serve as central orchestrator between Engineering, Ops, and Customer Care to ensure smooth and predictable releases.
