💼 About This Role

You'll join the founding team to build core products including a React Native worker mobile app and React/Node.js web apps. You'll partner with the CTO to shape the product roadmap and build foundational tech platforms. This role offers the chance to work on real-time job matching algorithms and autonomous worker vetting pipelines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and review high quality code for React Native mobile app and React/TypeScript web apps
• Architect core systems from real-time job matching to autonomous worker vetting
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs
• Implement CI/CD workflows using Docker and Github Actions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React Native, React, Node.js, or PostgreSQL
• Experience with Docker
• Experience working in an early-stage engineering team
• A passion for helping people find meaningful work
