Description

As a KYC Specialist, you will onboard and verify new customers, conduct due diligence reviews, handle compliance escalations, and collaborate with teams like AML Financial Crime and Customer Success to ensure a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining compliance.

Requirements

• Verbal and written fluency in English
• Previous experience in KYC or AML
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with calm under pressure
• Comfortable with internal stakeholders and problem-solving approach

Responsibilities

• Review Adverse Media, PEP, and Sanctions screening escalations and provide risk assessments
• Support merchants during onboarding and verification stages
• Handle internal escalations related to fraud, ML/TF activities, and complex cases
• Conduct due diligence checks on new and existing merchants
• Collaborate with teams to create a seamless onboarding experience
