Description

You will lead a team building infrastructure platforms that determine compliance posture and assist with evidence gathering at Stripe. You'll oversee development of solutions from scratch or using in-house platforms and third-party solutions, working closely with technical leaders to ensure software meets Stripe's needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience or equivalent strategic technical leadership
• Hands-on experience building infrastructure and products for internal or external customers
• Successfully recruited and built great teams
• Ability to thrive on high autonomy and responsibility
• Clear and persuasive writing and in-person communication

Responsibilities

• Design and lead development of infrastructure components fulfilling compliance obligations
• Empower engineering team to achieve high technical compliance, reliability, and efficiency
• Recruit great engineers in collaboration with recruiting team
• Ensure team integration with Stripe's operating principles
• Help engineers advance careers and develop new skills
