You'll be part of the Investor Accounting team ensuring accurate and timely reporting for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae portfolios. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and submit accurate monthly and daily reports to investors.
• Complete root cause identification and remediation of custodial account variances.
• Perform reconciliations of investor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and prepare client billing-related items.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investor accounting within mortgage servicing.
• Hands-on experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae loan portfolios.
• Proficiency in investor reporting platforms and mortgage servicing systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
