💼 About This Role

You'll lead sales teams to drive business growth and achieve sales goals for Paytm's Oil & Gas vertical in Nainital. You'll manage end-to-end sales and operations, building strong merchant relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop business plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
• Manage sales teams, operations, and resources
• Define optimal sales force structure and training programs
• Manage customer expectations and drive satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of distribution sales experience in fintech or banking
• Experience in EDC sales and merchant onboarding
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to aggressively execute sales strategy
