You'll act as the operational engine for Oscar Medical Group, bridging clinical staffing needs and corporate functions. You'll manage people-data ecosystems and analyze workflows to ensure multi-state compliance and efficient scaling. This role offers direct impact on how our provider workforce operates across a complex healthcare environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary operational link between clinical leadership, HR, Finance, and Payroll
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work and increase data accuracy
• Analyze payroll and operational data to identify trends and reconcile discrepancies
• Manage end-to-end integration of providers into HR and Payroll systems

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in payroll, HR operations, or related business operations
• 2+ years experience in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• 2+ years experience developing and running analytics on operational data
• 2+ years experience supporting end-to-end payroll processing (Justworks, Workday etc)

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years of operations experience
• Experience working with provider and facility data
• Background in health insurance
