💼 About This Role

You'll source debt and equity for real estate transactions, working with developers and owners. You'll structure and close loans in collaboration with capital sources and investment sales agents. This role offers direct impact on revenue growth in a major brokerage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with developers and owners.
• Prescreen and qualify transactions for underwriting.
• Structure deals and prepare underwriting presentations.
• Work with capital sources to secure favorable terms.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Capital markets experience in brokerage, investment bank, or lender.
• Proven relationships with developers, owners, and borrowers.
• Track record of originating and closing debt and equity mandates.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CMBS or insurance company lending.
• Existing network in Salt Lake City market.
